I have some News!

Dr Jacey Pryjma ImageAs we are now entering into the final quarter for the year it is a time for us all to sit back and reconnect with the bigger picture.

Am I doing everything that I want to in practice?
Am I the chiropractor I set out to be?
If I was to look back in 2 years time, would I be proud of my accomplishments?
What do I want my life to look like in 5 years time?

By simply asking these questions it provides us with a whole new perspective. This new perspective allows us then to dig deep and dream bigger.

I asked myself the above questions back in July (I tend to reevaluate every quarter – helps keep me inspired). It was half way through the year and I realised that there were some areas of my life that deserved some more attention. I knew big decisions needed to be made to push forward and be the best version of myself for the families I care for and of course the chiropractic community.

For the past two years I have been travelling around Australia and New Zealand training chiropractors on how to communicate and deliver exceptional service to the families they care for. During this time I have been able to focus so much energy into this part of my life thanks to being an associate. I love the freedom of being an associate and I think it can be one of the best ways to get a work life balance everyone desires. I have been extremely grateful for the learning opportunities, free time and mental band width that being an associate has brought me. They have been such important resources when developing Mark their Steps and Well Kids, both seminar and product honestly completely changed practices around the globe for the better.

So what was my decision in July?

It’s time to do something that for such a long time didn’t think was my cup of tea. But in doing so will mean I can take the care that I provide to families to a whole new and exciting level. Yes, this means my days as an associate are coming to an end. Now it may surprise you, but the past few months and the decision for this change has actually been quite stressful! I am moving out of a great role that suited me perfectly, into the unknown. More details to come in 2016.

So today as I write my newsletter to you all, I felt I wanted to share this with you. I wanted to reassure you that the steps you take to move towards the goals you have can be scary for all people at all levels. And unless we ask the question, can I be more? We will never allow ourselves to dream and come up with answers that excite us to move past the fear and into the exciting world we can each create for ourselves and of course for the communities around us.

So for those of you who adore working with kids. Who know they want to make massive impact and provide exceptional care. To those of you like me, who adore the profession we have chosen (or chose us), its now we take steps to get to where we want to be.

I have a final opportunity for learning through Mark their Steps in 2015. This course is now provided online and is open to chiropractors with experience and those newly in practice. Join us from the comfort of your own home to push forward. I also have extended the research support into October to be inline with Chiropractic Research Week. Read below for more details.

Mark their Steps Online

Mark their Steps Online WorkshopsI am really excited to bring you Mark their Steps ONLINE in October. Our normal full day seminar has been adapted to support the Mum’s and Dad’s at home who struggle to get to a Sunday seminar, the chiropractors who live outside of major cities & those of you who want to come but couldn’t get to our previous seminars.

This online workshop covers all the amazing information that helps helps you to re-asses what you currently do in practice when it comes to kids care. Working with kids can be tricky and we often see families not move from symptomatic to long term wellness care. This seminar has been put together to help you communicate better, deliver exceptional Initials and ROF and turn chiropractic into an exceptional experience for families.

October 6th, 13th & 20th

– Login online at 8pm-10pm on each Tuesday
– Enjoy a LIVE presentation & group work
– Your workbook will be mailed to you
– 4 Formal Learning Activity Hours
